Newest first, keyset-paginated, within your `calls.view` scope (a lead’s history: every member).

Access: API key with calls:read, or a member session. Permission calls.view.

GET/v1/calls/analytics

KPIs with the previous period, calls per day / hour and the weekday × hour heatmap on the company calendar, the call mix, failures, first-call speed, top and shared numbers and the agent table — within `calls.analytics`. A member with only `calls.view` gets the analytics of their own calls (D-UD11; another member_id: 403).

Access: API key with calls:read, or a member session. Permission calls.analytics or calls.view.

POST/v1/calls/click-to-call

Call a lead through cloud telephony

Your verified phone rings first; when you answer, the customer is called and both see the company’s virtual number — never your own. Refused (409, `fields.call` says why) for blocked contacts, opt-outs, promotional calls without consent or outside the 7-day enquiry window or 09:00–21:00, DND numbers, and software-initiated dialling from a number without an A2P declaration. Send an Idempotency-Key: a retried request never dials twice.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission calls.cloud_call.

Parameters

Idempotency-Keyheader: string
Unique key (a UUID) per logical request. A retry with the same key and body replays the first response for 24 hours (marked Idempotent-Replayed: true); the same key with another body is a 409.

One of the contact’s numbers (default: the primary one).

GET/v1/calls/devices

Agent phones

Every member in your `calls.devices` scope with their phones: SIMs (last four digits only), permissions, app version, last sync and the issues that stop calls from arriving. Remove a phone with DELETE /api/v1/mobile/devices/{id}.

Record a call placed without call tracking

For phones that cannot read the call log (iOS): records your own outgoing call with source `manual`, linked to the lead (or matched by number), counted and announced like a synced call. Then tag it with `POST /api/v1/calls/{id}/outcome`. Idempotent on `client_key`.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission calls.view.

POST/v1/calls/{id}/outcome

Tag what happened on a call

Your own call (or a lead you may edit). With `lead_status` the lead’s status sheet runs (validation, follow-up, visit, timeline) and the call carries the outcome; otherwise a disposition is stored on the call.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission calls.view.
