The coaching queue

Unreviewed scorecards with a critical miss or a score under the company’s coaching threshold — critical misses first, then the lowest scores (at most 100).

Queues the call ahead of the nightly batch (AI credits, within the day’s budget). Idempotent while it waits; a call already analysed is refused (409).

POST/v1/calls/{id}/insights/proposal

Apply or dismiss the requirement fields heard on a call

The accepted fields are recomputed from the stored extraction against the lead as it is now and applied as one lead update (needs `leads.edit` on the lead). A newer proposal than the one reviewed is refused (409).
