For managers: a member their lead scope reaches (no dial numbers). 403 outside the scope.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission leads.view.

GET/v1/me/call-list

The caller’s ranked call list for today with the reasons in plain words: call now, later today, done. Callable leads only (consent / TRAI window, calling hours, cool-downs, the colleague guard, skips and snoozes); at most the company’s daily cap, promises first, no single source filling the day. For the web and the Android app.

Skip or snooze a lead on my call list

Skip: off the list until tomorrow, with a reason. Snooze: off the list for 15 minutes to 7 days. The caller’s own leads only.

PATCH/v1/settings/call-planner

Change call list and accountability settings

Sections are merged over the current values. Turning on rotation eligibility means only members at or above the bar and on shift get new leads from automatic routing (no score yet, or a stale one, never blocks; when nobody is eligible the rule’s fallback member gets the lead, else the gate is waived).
