Company profile, branding and business hours
Set your legal details, RERA and GST, logo and brand colour, and the working hours that drive SLAs and quiet hours.

What you need
- Permission to change company settings (Owner or Admin by default)
Your company details appear on share pages, landing pages, receipts and emails. Your business hours are the clock PropZolo runs on: SLAs, rotation, reminders and quiet hours all follow them.
Company profile
Settings → Company → Company profile holds the legal name, address, time zone (India Standard Time by default) and the start of your financial year (receipt numbers restart with it).
RERA and GST
Settings → Company → RERA & GST holds your RERA registrations, GSTIN and PAN. PropZolo checks the GSTIN as you type, including its check character, so a typo is caught before it reaches an invoice. Promotional project messages and landing pages show the RERA details where the rules require them.
Branding
Settings → Company → Branding: upload your logo and pick a brand colour. They are used in the workspace, on share pages, PDFs and emails.
Business hours and holidays
- Go to Settings → Company → Business hours & holidays.
- Set the working hours for each day and mark weekly offs.
- Add your holidays (Diwali, Holi, local festivals).
Members can also have their own shift in their routing profile; assignment then uses their shift instead of the company hours. See Assignment rules.
