`masked`: the member’s phone-number field rule is not "visible", so no number may leave the CRM; `off`: the company switched lead contacts off (`mobile.lead_contacts`).

Snapshot: exactly the contacts the phone keeps. Delta: contacts to add or rewrite.
removedrequired: array of string
Delta: keys of contacts to delete (no open lead of the member is left on them). Always empty in a snapshot.

Pass as `updated_since` next time (valid once the run’s last page was applied).
truncatedrequired: boolean
Snapshot: more contacts qualified than the cap lets through.
