GET/v1/tasks

List tasks

Keyset-paginated tasks within the caller’s scope. Sort keys: due_at (default), created_at, priority.

Access: API key with tasks:read, or a member session. Permission tasks.view.

Parameters

cursorquery: string
Opaque cursor from the previous page (`meta.next_cursor`).
limitquery: integer
Page size, 1–200.
sortquery: string
Comma list of sort keys, "-" prefix for descending, e.g. -received_at.
viewquery: TaskView
Default `open` (or `all` with a from / to range).
assignee_idquery: string
A member id, or `me`.
lead_idquery: Id
Opaque record id.
contact_idquery: Id
Opaque record id.
typequery: TaskType
fromquery: string
Calendar range start (due_at ≥), local date or instant.
toquery: string
Calendar range end (due_at ≤), local date or instant.

POST/v1/tasks

Create a task

For yourself by default; assigning to colleagues needs tasks.assign over them.

Access: API key with tasks:write, or a member session. Permission tasks.create.

Parameters

Idempotency-Keyheader: string
Unique key (a UUID) per logical request. A retry with the same key and body replays the first response for 24 hours (marked Idempotent-Replayed: true); the same key with another body is a 409.

Overdue / today / upcoming counts

The caller’s own open tasks (or `assignee_id`’s, within scope) on the company’s calendar day.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission tasks.view.

Cancel a task

The task leaves every list but stays in the history.

Access: API key or member session. Permission tasks.delete.

POST/v1/tasks/{id}/complete

Complete a task

A recurring task creates its next occurrence (returned as `next`). A replay with the same `Idempotency-Key` returns the first answer (never a second occurrence).

Access: API key with tasks:write, or a member session. Permission tasks.edit.

POST/v1/tasks/{id}/snooze

Snooze a task

To a preset (the status sheet chips) or an exact time; due time and reminder move together. Idempotent with an `Idempotency-Key` (a replayed "tomorrow" keeps the first answer).

Access: API key with tasks:write, or a member session. Permission tasks.edit.
