Per member of your scope: calls, connected, WhatsApp / SMS / email sent, visits done, and on their leads bookings, callbacks due, not interested and dropped in the range; plus what AI handled (replies, voice calls, qualified, visits booked, hand-offs).

Access: API key with reports:read, or a member session. Permission reports.view.

Speed to lead & SLA

First-response times of the leads that arrived in the range on the SLA clock (business hours or plain), their distribution, SLA met / late / breached, by member and by source.
