Portal syndication

Listings published to property portals where a feed / API exists: per-portal rules in plain words, status, take-down, retries, the dashboard, accounts and defaults (N-06).

GET/v1/properties/{id}/syndication

A listing on the portals

Per portal: the account, the status on the portal (chip), the last error and sync, views / responses / leads, and the listing checked against the portal’s rules now (`issues`: errors block a publish, warnings do not). `history`: the last 20 exchanges.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission properties.view.

POST/v1/properties/{id}/syndication

Publish or update the listing on portals

Queues a publish (or an update where the listing is already on the portal) per chosen portal. Every portal is checked first — account connected, the portal’s rules, a free package slot; if any is blocked nothing is queued and the 422 names the reason per portal in `fields`.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission properties.publish.

Connect a portal account or change it

Account id and package (listing slots, end date) are settings; the API key / login is sealed in the vault and never returned. Omitted credentials stay as they are; `null` removes one.

Credentials are wiped; listings stay on the portal as they are and nothing new is sent.

Portal syndication dashboard

Per portal: listings by status, views and linked leads, the package quota and the last sync; the listings that need attention (failed, rejected, expired). Within the listings the member may see.
