POST/v1/launches/{id}/status

Open or close the EOI window, go live, or close the launch

Opening the EOI window picks the secret draw seed and publishes its SHA-256 commitment; closing it freezes the participant list and publishes its fingerprint.

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission units.launch.
