A member’s accountability score

Within the caller’s report scope (403 outside it).

Access: Signed-in members only (web or Android session) — not for API keys. Permission reports.view.

Recompute today’s scores now

Queues today’s recompute for every member (at most once per 10 minutes); the nightly run finalises it.

Team accountability ranking

Members in the caller’s report scope ranked by score. Agents see only themselves unless the company shares the ranking with agents — then their peers’ names and scores, without the components.
